Q: What do I need to do to get on Auto-Fill?

You must return a signed Auto-Fill form and have a payment method on file. You also must keep your account balance paid in full. We will have to install one of our water monitors, this is free of charge for all accounts on Auto-Fill.

Yes, all our drivers are full-time employees, fully insured, background checked, and comply with strict DOT safety regulations.

Are water Monitors in our tank accurate?

Accepted Answer

The monitors run on pressure sensors. They are not designed to be exact.

Pressure sensors are subject to a lot more data inputs. For example, if our measurement is half an inch off on the height of the tank, the amount of water read will be inaccurate to a small degree. Or if we are told the tank holds 5000 gallons, but in reality actually holds anywhere between 4800-5300 depending on the brand, if the tank was installed properly, is uneven, etc, it will come out inaccurate when the monitor reads. It will be close, but not exact.

They are a useful tool for general data like daily usage, detecting an issue like a leak early, and when it is time for a fill. Not a precise measurement for every gallon put in and taken out.

Another reason monitors are not exact is because we don’t have the dimensions of the tanks. The ones we have issues with are ones that are underground. The builders don’t ever share the dimensions. We base only what we can gather which is the height of the tank and the number of gallons. We can get pretty close. We have some tanks that are fully dialed in.

If you are having troubles with monitors please reach out. If you notice the monitor freezing or not reading correctly the monitor maybe going bad. We will come and replace it for you for free. We also pick up when the monitor is not ready correctly that is why some may get a text saying we are coming to replace the monitor.

Can my Renter get their own PIN and Access code from EPCOR so I do not have to pay for their water?

Accepted Answer

EPCOR requires property owner approval and a copy of the lease to place a utility account in a renter's name. Upon move-out, the service automatically reverts to the owner to ensure uninterrupted water.

How do you know how much water you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We have flow meters on the truck. They use the electricity generated as water passes through a magnetic field to count gallons. It’s much more accurate, and what we use for billing.

Why should I designate a water hauler on my EPCOR account?

Accepted Answer

Access is controlled via EPCOR codes. Please ensure Dynamite is your Designated Hauler. This allows us to receive monthly reports from EPCOR to audit your account and catch any human errors. Designating your hauler allows us to verify the date, time, and amount of water received under your account.

Yes,

you will have a login and be able to see all activity and settings. You can also control the email alerts that you receive.

What happens if my tank will not accept all of the water that was delivered?

Accepted Answer

If you self ordered then you requested the amount of water that was delivered. If your tank can't accept that amount and you do not have a secondary containment that it can be offloaded to without our driver moving the truck or adding hose to the truck, then we will charge you a $65 Leftover Water charge. We will leave the remaining water on the truck.

If you are on Automatic delivery, the Dynamite will note your account and not charge the $65 charge. we will still leave the excess water on the truck and will evaluate why we ordered too much water and adjust our monitors to avoid that happening again.

What are EPCOR monthly limits on water?

Accepted Answer

EPCOR has a standard of 10,000 gallons a month allowed on each account (Access/PIN) If you go over that it will not give us access to more water and you will have to contact EPCOR to get it raised. They will need purchase history showing that you historically use more water than that. EPCOR will review this and decide how much to raise your monthly limit
